Experience the beauty and artistry of mixed media like never before with this recent collection of work. With a passion for painting on canvas and drawing freehand on paper, I bring a unique perspective to every piece I create. Using a vast array of techniques, including acrylic paint, watercolor, charcoal, pen, markers, collage pieces, and even photography, each piece is a testament to my commitment to evolving and staying fresh in the art world.
My inspiration comes from the natural world, as well as my own imagination and raw emotions, creating pieces that express the essence of my soul in a way that words simply cannot. The pandemic shutdown was a time of deep introspection and reflection, leading to a renewed commitment to my art and a dedication to sharing my work with others. Each painting is from my creative mind, my middle earth. “My brain and body enjoy the kinetics process of painting. It is also a testament about overcoming fear as each piece may or may not start out with a concept of the finished product in mind. I often live with a painting as it evolves over several weeks when I can finally say it is done.”
