Remove work from the Gallery and pay no dues.  Request must be submitted in writing for a definite length of time, up to 6 months, which may be extended. If longer than one-year, artist must re-jury to become a member again. The $125.00 fee will not be charged again if it was paid the first time.

Because all artwork belongs to the individual artists, insurance is  the responsibility of the artist. The Broadway Gallery is NOT insured against theft except in case of breaking and entering. Members will not hold the Broadway Gallery responsible for items missing from inventory and presumed to be shoplifted.
